I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at a mountain hotel, and while it wasn't without its charms, it fell just short of earning a perfect rating. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Dining: The hotel's dining options offered a decent variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good selection of both local and international cuisine. The dining staff were friendly. Service: The hotel staff were generally courteous and willing to assist with any requests. However, there were a couple of instances where communication could have been clearer, leading to minor inconveniences. Nonetheless, the overall service level was satisfactory. Scenic Beauty: The location of the hotel in the mountains was stunning, with picturesque views in every direction. Waking up to the sight of towering peaks and lush greenery was truly rejuvenating. The hotel's outdoor seating areas provided a perfect vantage point for guests to soak in the natural beauty. In summary, my 4-star rating reflects a very enjoyable stay at this mountain hotel. While there were some minor room maintenance issues and occasional service hiccups, they did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The breathtaking mountain setting and the range of activities available were the true highlights of my stay. I would certainly consider returning to this hotel for another mountain getaway in the future.

We have recd amazing customer service, and the Desk Manager Miss.Smiley have a special acumen to handle the guest with great respect and honor. Also Mr.Manoj at the front desk was a very cooperative and decent man. We have given a call to reset WiFi in our room at midnight of 1:34 pm, and the in our r surprise reception has picked up our xall, and the technician was in our room in 5 minutes. This is the example of best customer services, which is no other hotel in my opinion can provide in midnight in Mussoorie. In the restaurant, Mr.Rithik serves us very well. The breakfast was also excellent fresh and served with a variety of juices and milk shakes. I strongly recommend this hotel as their rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

Location is just behind 'mall road' bazar. Breakfast options are ample and tasty, Idli, dosa, poha, toasts, omelette etc.
